Contact us via phone or email at least two weeks prior to your planned arrival. Detailed information about the parties attending will be obtained and a Skype or phone conference will be scheduled with your group representative to ascertain details necessary to establish a preliminary itinerary of activities. Once this preliminary itinerary has been approved by the group representative, a complete detailed itinerary will be provided with reservation confirmations, registrations, waivers, equipment needs and source lists as well as personal requirements and transportation guidelines. This customized plan will ensure the optimal experiences will be matched with the interests and abilities of everyone in the group. The activity providers will be carefully chosen based on the group’s characteristics and activity level.

Sometimes part of the group wants to be more adventurous and others just want some quiet activities or down time as an alternative. We work with your group leader to make sure everyone has an enjoyable time!

We will handle all necessary reservations, contracts, waivers and ensure that any equipment rentals are reserved.
The price for using Adventure Navigators is $40 per day per person. This is a flat rate no matter how many activities you choose.
